Recruitment: In this chapter, we consider recruitment in the context of the applicant screening process. The chapters contain several sample questions and a few practice exams that you will need to take prior to taking the actual exam. When I say the actual exam, I don’t mean that you will take the actual exam when taking the course but that you will get a lot of practice questions during the course so that you can make sure you understand the questions and prepare yourself accordingly.
Recruitment screening: The next few chapters contain a number of sample questions on recruitment screening and management. These are not just the typical screening questions which are often used in the recruiting industry. The chapters also include several practice exams so you get a feel for how the exam is structured.
Selection and hiring: Chapter 4 covers several of the critical steps involved in hiring and the selection process. This includes topics such as the benefits of hiring from within an organization, whether to go with a small or large firm, whether to use the HEO model, and how to identify the appropriate candidate based on experience and qualifications.
Benefits: The fifth chapter of the HRM exam is focused on HR issues relating to benefits. Some of the topics covered in this chapter include how benefits impact employees, how benefits relate to retention, and how benefits affect the overall organization’s profitability.
Strategic planning: The sixth chapter looks at strategic planning. In this chapter, you will look at different scenarios where strategic planning can be applied. Some of the scenarios discussed in this chapter include the following: strategic planning for the company’s business model, the company’s products and services, and how the company interacts with customers.
HRE: The seventh chapter of the HRM exam is titled “Human Resources Management: The Importance of HR”. This chapter provides the basics of HRE. The chapter includes an overview of the HRD process, the responsibilities of a human resource manager, and why the HRD process must be constantly changed to ensure that it meets the company’s needs.
These are just some of the topics covered in the HRM chapter of the HRM training course. The course can be taken in its entirety or you can elect to take only certain sections of the book.
If you decide to get the HRM training course on its own, the author’s approach can help you prepare for the exam. It is written in a clear, concise style. You should be able to easily follow along with the text, especially if you have studied business writing in the past.
You may want to take the book with you when you take the HRM exam. There are several practice exams included that you can take before you take the real test, but they won’t give you the exact exam format.
So, what can you learn by taking the book? It certainly helps if you get the practical experience, but that experience doesn’t just come out of the book.
You can get experience by using the practice tests offered, but there is no substitute for taking the actual exams. A book can’t provide the real life experience you need because the real experience isn’t about what you learn in the book, it is also about what you do after you take the test and what you learn from the experience.
The exams are part of the real-world experience. So, if you want to prepare for the real world test, you need to take the real world exams.
