The pre-calculus coursework is typically divided into units of one to four weeks, although in some cases students may have only three to five weeks to complete the pre-calculus coursework. Each week has a specified number of units for students to work on the pre-calculus topics. Students are expected to meet at least once a week and work as a group on the topics that they studied the previous week.
